I have many stories. But my journey as a nurse has been the most impactful on how I approach planning an experience for you.
From caring for patients following sexual, domestic, and other intentional traumas; working crisis assignments during COVID; and managing clinics within a large healthcare system in California to creating a nurse coaching practice focused on helping nurses escape burnout; improve their self-care practices; and build their careers and business---

When a large event planning opportunity fell in my lap– producing a live 3-day event with a dozen speakers and an industry sponsor, I was immediately on board.
Prior to nursing, I was a former events manager at UCLA.
I’ve wrangled large scale conferences, managed dozens of speakers, hundreds of attendees, and produced programming at venues like The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills and the Four Seasons Resort in Santa Barbara.
I've also worked on the other side of the aisle-- in luxury hotel properties known for their personalized service, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
I produced and directed boutique experiences with just a handful of presenters and a small number of select guests. And I’ve managed an impromptu speakers’ series at a casual, 2-month co-working space in a gecko-infused, yet comfy and casual, villa in Bali.
